ba2222 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal registered account created by a Player on the ba2222 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to an Account by ba2222.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, live casino products, and ancillary services made available through the ba2222 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which use of the Services is not permitted under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account on ba2222 suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ba2222 or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ba2222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ba2222 platform. If ba2222 discovers that you have opened or are operating more than one Account — whether under your own name, a different name, or through a shared device or payment method — ba2222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any winnings derived from them, and retain any deposited funds to offset administrative costs associated with the investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ba2222 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your login details.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ba2222 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds and subject to verification of your identity.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

ba2222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ba2222's discretion and will be reflected on the platform's cashier page.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ba2222 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source not registered to the Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to fund the Account. ba2222 aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 10 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. ba2222 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment service provider.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. ba2222 reserves the right to apply transaction fees in accordance with applicable payment method policies, and any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ba2222 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

ba2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a Player is found to have exploited a promotion through multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other form of fraudulent activity, ba2222 may void all bonuses and any associated winnings and suspend the relevant Account.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified before any withdrawal can be processed. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are held separately; real-money funds deposited while a bonus is active may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing, but doing so may result in forfeiture of the active Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

6 Betting Rules & Game Fairness

All bets placed on ba2222 are final once confirmed. ba2222 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, data feed error, obvious pricing error, or any event that ba2222 determines falls outside the scope of normal market settlement. In such cases, the stake associated with the voided bet will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

All games available on ba2222 — including slots, live casino, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each studio is responsible for the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) integrity of its games. ba2222 does not modify game outcomes or RNG parameters.

Sports betting markets and in-play odds on ba2222 are compiled using live data feeds. Where a data feed error results in a materially incorrect price being accepted by a Player, ba2222 reserves the right to void the affected bet at its sole discretion. Settlement of cricket, football, and other sports markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba2222 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in a manner not sanctioned by ba2222.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to use stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location masking.

ba2222 employs active fraud detection and transaction monitoring. Any Account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. All funds in such Accounts may be held pending investigation, and where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, ba2222 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

ba2222 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players can access these tools at any time through the responsible gaming section of their Account settings.

If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion tool, which allows you to close your account for a defined period or permanently. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba2222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of ba2222 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in ba2222's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the ba2222 platform without the prior written consent of ba2222, except as permitted by applicable copyright law for personal, non-commercial use.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba2222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ba2222's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

ba2222 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error, nor that any particular game, market, or feature will remain available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ba2222 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ba2222 applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver the Services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ba2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available at /terms-conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ba2222 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact ba2222's customer support team at any time to raise a complaint, and we undertake to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism made available through the platform's support channels. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ba2222 with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
